What comes in my CraftBox?

Each box is complete with all the tools, materials and detailed step by step instructions to create exclusive projects, many from popular designers. Plus in addition to the projects included in your box, we have additional projects available online for each box.

Can I choose what craft is in my CraftBox?

Each month we feature a brand new craft that is not posted publicly. Surprises are more fun! The content of our boxes is pre-set to ensure we are able to provide high quality products.

When does CraftBox ship?

Your first box will ship in 2-6 days. All future kits will ship approx. 4 weeks apart. 

Can I cancel my Subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime by logging into your account. If you ordered a prepaid subscription (3, 6, 9 or 12 month), and want to cancel before the period is over, please contact us at Support@craftlearnexplore.com to cancel. You will receive a full refund minus the full price of months your already received. 

Can I send a CraftBox as a gift?

Yes! By ordering a one time prepaid subscription, 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, you never have to worry about cancelling or your card keep getting charged. Be sure you enter the receivers shipping address.

Is shipping free?

Yes! We have included the shipping costs in the price. Currently we only ship within the US. We do plan on expanding shipping to include other countries so check back!

How do returns work?

If your CraftBox is untouched, contact us at Support@CraftLearnExplore.com for return instructions. Unfortunately once you have used any supplies included in your box, we cannot accept a return.
